To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextOffer AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Damages arising from your reliance on AI-generated advice or recommendations.
• Service interruptions, errors, or omissions in platform content.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if you have not made any payments.
